Abstract Submission
Participants are invited to submit an abstract describing their research for consideration for oral or poster presentation at ESC2026.
Abstracts must be prepared using the official conference template and should strictly follow the formatting and content instructions provided in the template.
The Word file should be named as follows:
SURNAME_oral_ESC2026.docx
or
SURNAME_poster_ESC2026.docx
Completed abstracts should be submitted by email to esc2026.cfm@ehu.eus.
Following the regular submission deadline, we continue to accept late abstracts, subject to program availability.
Registration
Registration for the conference will be open from March 2 to June 15, 2026. An early-bird fee of 400 € will apply until May 15, 2026, after which the regular fee will be 450 €.
The registration fee includes:
- Admission to all conference sessions
- Lunches
- Coffee breaks and refreshments
- Conference dinner

- If you already have a UIK account, log in with your email and password.
- If you are new to the platform, you must first create an account. Once registered, you can access your personal area, where you will find your conference invoice and attendance certificate.
Invoice Information
If your institution requires a proforma invoice for payment processing, you can generate it during registration. Please ensure that your billing address is updated before generating the invoice.

Awards
The journal Colloids and Interfaces kindly sponsors two awards at ESC 2026: a Best Poster Award (300 €) and a Best Oral Presentation Award (300 €). The prizes will be awarded to the participants delivering the most outstanding poster and oral presentations during the conference.
